Leo immigrated from Trinidad as a middle schooler and has made his home in the Tampa Bay area for more than 3 decades. He is a faithful member of a local community Church, a devoted husband, and a loving father to 3 wonderful children. His favorite pastimes include watching beach sunsets with his family and walking his rambunctious Golden Retriever named Liberty.

He has spent his career in customer relations and was in the plumbing industry as an office manager for over 17 years before joining Meek Insurance Group as a customer service representative. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a clinical & counseling specialization from Saint Leo University (Go Lions!). This expertise enhances his natural skillset and steadfast commitment to helping folks weather the storms of life. Mild-mannered, Leo serves customers with genuine care and compassion while helping them to achieve peace of mind.
