Program Description:
A Career Development Path for individuals who want a professional career in the insurance agency world. Whether you’re new to insurance or want to take your insurance skills to the next level, this program can help you learn as you work through the various aspects of an insurance agency operation.
Learning Stages/Roles:
- Service – This is where you learn All About Insurance, Systems, Delivering VIP Service, Professionalism, and Operational Discipline. If you don’t already have your insurance license, we will help you earn one.
- Sales – Building on Stage 1, this role is where you learn the nuances of helping clients Say Yes to the Right Policy & Coverages via Consultation, Presentation, and Professional Engagement
- Business Development – For those who excel in Stages 1 & 2, this role allows you to engage with the community through local organizations, other businesses, networking, events, etc.
- Assistant Manager – Begin learning how to manage a team with a focus on hiring, onboarding, training, team engagement, etc.
- Office Manager – It’s time to run a full office, including financials, workflow management, scheduling, interoffice coordination, etc.
